I wouldn't exactly call this an english saddle, because it's more of an endurance type. It's a nice saddle for when you're taking a break from the show season and all the jumping. My horse loves it for the trails. It's very comfortable, and I love it, but only for the trails. I wouldn't recommend it for a serious english rider. |

Very nice, purchased one as a gift so I have not yet tried it. Problem with the girth - saddle cinches up at bottom of lower rounded skirt (under the stirrup area) - cannot find a girth small enough. Would have appreciated if a girth had been included with this saddle. |

I have an old world arabian baroque horse, with a wide rib cage, croup high, and a very prominent wither. The saddle fit perfectly, without any saddle fitting issues. Received my saddle promptly as promised. It is very well made and nice looking. The seat is very comfortable. A bit more "cushey" than I expected. The stirrups are a bit tight and I do have issue with the stirrup leather pinching a bit. Hoping it will be better as it breaks in. The new saddle I got from you on Monday is AMAZING!!! I've been showing a bunch of people. I told the guy who owns The Tack Room (tack shop in Kitchener) about them as well and he's going to check out the website. We tried the saddle on my friend's horse as well and it is incredible to see the horses' reactions because they are SO comfortable for horses and riders. We're definitely converted now!!! |

I usually ride a large (1400 lb) quarter horse and I had been unable to find a saddle that fit him and me but these treeless saddles are the ticket! I also use these saddles when riding a much smaller quarter horse and they do very well on him too. Love these saddles - don't want to go back to a saddle with a tree. |

I am very pleased with the quality and comfort of this saddle! If you order one and are concerned about the stiffness or saddle roll - give it a chance. After a few rides the saddle settles in and is very comfortable! We have ridden in treeless saddles for the past 6 years and would never go back to a treed saddle. Fantastic fit on a hard to fit horse, great style and comfort. Sizes run small glad I got an 18". However faded badly within 3 months, now looks shabby at 6 months old. Stirrups very hard to alter. |

i bought this saddle in the middle of march and find it is a fabulous saddle.i no longer have the issues i had with saddling,my horse stands still with out even being held or tied now.i fell very safe and secure when riding.i am a first level parelli student and can find my balance point with no problems. |

I got my saddle and could not be happier. It is very comfortable for both horse and myself. One suggestion would be to put wider stirrups on. I had to switch them out cause I felt that my foot could get stuck if I wasn't careful. Other than that great saddle! Well made and excellent price. It rode like a dream the first time, I coupled it with the gel pad recommended for the saddle and my horse never flinched or anything.

I Bought this saddle and my horse and I are very happy with it. I know have the close contact of a English saddle with the security of a Western saddle. I have bad knees and ankles and can ride for quite some time with no discomfort. Worth every penny I spent or it. Everyone in the barn wants one!!! |

I use this saddle for endurance riding on my impossible to fit Quarter Horse with a sensitive back. I have NEVER had any issues with soreness after a ride, for either my horse or myself. I love this saddle! It is great quality, has tons of miles on it in a short time and shows no signs that it is wearing out. I highly recommend this saddle to anyone, whether your horse is hard to fit, or you get saddle sores in a treed saddle, or just because! I will always ride treeless with Hilason! |
