While the leather comes soft a has a broken in feel that is good, after using this wallet just 9-10 days threads are coming out of the edges and it looks very frayed. On the upside I would say this is softer,lighter, lower in cost and easier to fill with cards, receipts etc than a Saddleback Leather wallet I can tell that while this might last me six months at best it's just not as strong as a Saddleback. I would have given one star here but the cost differential might make it worth a try for so | Allen Bloch
